Congratulations to Hilary Clark, Peter Lees, and all involved with the interviews carried out by the auditor for the recent ISO audit carried out in August. The audit area was for recertification to ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 / ISO 45001, which relate respectively to: Environmental Management, Quality Management and Health & Safety Management.The audit had an extremely successful result, so well done to all involved.
The report states that “there have been 0 major NCRs, 0 minor NCRs and no OFIS, the company has performed exceptionally well, and stuck firmly to the planned arrangements within their business management system as well as all legal and contractual requirements, as can be seen from the amount of repeat business they retain. The amount of repeat business with Enfield, Harringay and other London Councils over many years is a testimony to the Customer focus in evidence in the operations at Purdy Contractors over the years.”
