The company was established in 1966 and incorporated as a limited company in 2002.
We are members of the NICEIC, ECA, and CHAS and are a Quality Assured company, we are independently inspected by these organisations to ensure that the works we carry out are in compliance with our statutory and Legal obligations. Reporting directly to the Directors are 6 Contracts Managers who are each responsible for tendering and overall control of a variety of contracts.
Each Contracts Manager has several electrical supervisors who oversee the works on site. Dependant on the nature and complexity of the works these may be either working or non-working in terms of carrying out installations. In addition as required by specific domestic contracts we employ Resident Liaison Officers on a project specific basis. These we try and recruit from the area local to the contract, as it provides in depth knowledge of the area as well as providing local employment.
The company has a dedicated team of administrative staff managed by an office manager, and a separate finance department.
The company carries out electrical installation works to commercial and domestic properties for both new build and refurbishment projects. In addition we carry out service and maintenance contracts for Public buildings, Education, and Housing clients.
The company specialises in working within occupied premises for both domestic and commercial installations, and in addition have service and maintenance contracts with several Local authorities and Housing Associations.
The company currently has in the region of 110 people working for them of which 16 are office based.
There is at present in the region of 94 site operatives working for the company of which 17 are trainees who are attending college to obtain their C&G 236. AM1 and AM2 Certificates. As a company we understand the need to train new staff into the industry and positively promote this at all times
