Our team recently took part in a valuable client engagement event, aimed at strengthening the knowledge and understanding of the repairs team in relation to the electrical installations we carry out for residents.

Laura Robinson, alongside Operational Supervisor, Adam Scott, and Commercial Supervisor, Jake Scott, led the sessions, providing detailed technical insights into the range of electrical accessories installed across the area. Their hands-on demonstrations helped the repairs team better recognise and communicate about these installations when speaking with residents.

Staff were invited to engage in fault-finding exercises using a pre-made fuseboard, and to get a closer look at the accessories and materials that are commonly installed in residents’ homes. The event also provided an opportunity to highlight the benefits of the products Dunhams provides — such as LED light fittings, which help residents lower their energy consumption and keep household costs down.

We were also pleased to receive very positive feedback from Poplar HARCA on the Aico IoT systems we recently installed. These systems have already proven their value, with some successfully identifying early signs of mould in properties — allowing action to be taken quickly before issues became severe.

It was a fantastic session for sharing knowledge, strengthening our client relationships, and highlighting how Dunhams’ work continues to make a real difference for residents.
