On #EmployeeAppreciationDay, we’re taking the opportunity to say a big congratulations to Susan Smith, one of our Senior Administrators, for winning Employee of the Quarter!
Jake Scott, Commercial Supervisor, kindly nominated Sue for the award and said: “Sue is a standout figure in the team. She displays an unbelievable commitment to work and has all the skills to match – making them an absolute powerhouse and capturing the true essence of a team player. Dubbed as the ‘insurance policy’ by senior management, very rarely does anything get past Sue, ensuring we continue to provide our clients with the very best service.
“We’ve recently seen an upturn in work and Sue has not only absorbed extra work, but supported the team, taking the pressure off everyone.
“If I was to go on about everything Sue does for the benefit of the company, I would be typing for hours!”
